As student body president and captain of the Sonoma Valley Varsity football team, Mike had an all-American upbringing. After graduating, he worked at the Sonoma Developmental Center while attending night school to earn his real estate license. He got his start at Keegan and Coppin in 1986, followed by a partnership with Tara Properties, then joined Coldwell Banker De Anza Realty as a Broker Associate in 1992. There he linked forces personally and professionally with Nancy Blankinship, forming one of the most successful teams in the business.

Active with the Sonoma County Realtors Association and the Sonoma Valley Council of Realtors, and named Realtor of the Year, Mike’s strong business acumen and solution’s orientation has earned him membership in Coldwell Banker’s President’s Elite Team, representing the top 21% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. In addition to his community involvement with the United Way, the Boys and Girls Club, and WillMar Center for Bereaved Children Mike still finds time for sports moving from the gridiron to the golf course.

Born in the Big Apple and the daughter of a diplomat, Nancy has lived around the world. The experience broadened her horizons-yet also made her appreciate the comfort that comes from being settled at home. She graduated from the University of Maryland, then followed up with a Masters in Genetic Counseling from Cal Berkeley. She enjoyed two challenging careers: developing clinic sites and bringing up her three children. She decided to settle in Sonoma after falling in love with the place and the people. She and Mike moved to Coldwell Banker 16 years ago, quickly building a reputation as the Valley’s most capable realty team.

Also a member of Coldwell Banker’s President’s Elite Team, Nancy understands every client has unique needs. She works closely and supportively with them to navigate the sometimes stressful roads of real estate negotiation.

Renee has lived in Sonoma for over forty years. She has two wonderful children whom she is proud of and whom she embraces warmly as they venture into the world of early adulthood. After many other successful careers in retail and travel, Renee has realized that there is no profession more rewarding than finding the perfect place to call home for her clients.

Now, she is a successful realtor who joined Coldwell Banker De Anza in 1993. She has been associated with Mike Hedley and Nancy Blankinship for over ten years, and Abe Cyphers since his initial dip in the waters of real estate. With the strongest broker-support in the valley, it is no wonder she asks with a smile, “Why go anywhere else?”

Renee’s enthusiasm to assist buyers and sellers alike in residential, land and multi-unit properties stems from her deep love of and history with the valley she grew up in. Her impeccable follow-through and loyalty has earned her a strong reputation, resulting in numerous referrals from others and repeat clients. Sharing a piece of the land she calls “home” is important to her, and drives her to assist her clients in attaining their own little piece of heaven.
